海藻酸钠固定化鞘氨醇单胞菌生物吸附去除养殖海水中重金属的研究

摘  要:
直接用纯种菌体在适当条件下培养得到菌体,消除了生物菌体混入杂菌的影响。通过正交试验得出海藻酸钠固定化鞘氨醇单胞菌对铜生物吸附的最佳条件,并讨论单因素对海藻酸钠固定化鞘氨醇单胞菌小球对铜吸附的影响,包括时间、温度、pH值、吸附剂量、摇床摇速。通过比较可以得出在铜的吸附过程中,微生物只有借助某一载体才能表现出其最佳吸附活性,微生物包埋法具有操作简单,效果明显,污染少,成本低等优点。

摘  要:
Pur bacteria strain was used for incubating bacterin under suitable condition was used as other bacteria come in life-form bacteria could be eliminated.Through orthogonal experiment,the optimum absorbing condition of sodium alginate imobilized Sphingom onas pellet to copper Bioremediation was obtained,and the influence of single factor for the sodium alginate imobilized Sphingom onas pellet to copper adsorption,including time,temperature,pH value,initial adsorbent density,speed of the shaker were discussed.It was found by comparison that the micro-organisms showed high adsorption activity only by means of a certaion vector during the process of copper adsorption.From the research,it is known that the maximum adsorption rate to copper was about 85%.Dynamics research indicated that among the several methods of the bioremediation of copper,micro-organisms embodding had many advantages such as simple operation,obvious effect,less pollution,low cost,etc.
