金银花叶HPLC指纹图谱及最佳采收期的研究

摘  要:
为构建不同采收时间金银花叶HPLC指纹图谱,探索金银花叶的最佳采收期。以绿原酸为内标物,样品超声提取,采用Alltech Alltima C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5μm)为分析色谱柱,乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.7 mL/min,柱温40℃,检测波长238 nm,测定一年逐月采收的十二批金银花叶的指纹图谱,并作相似度比较分析。结果表明:不同采收期金银花叶的指纹图谱有明显差异,应注意不同采收时间对金银花叶药材的质量影响,最佳采收期为7月。

摘  要:
To established the fingerprint chromatogram by HPLC of Lonicera japonica leaves collected at different time and determine the optimum harvest period.The HPLC fingerprints were obtained with Chlorogenic acid as the interna1 standard and on Alltech Alltima C18 column( 250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5 μm) at 40 ℃ and detected at 238 nm by a linear gradient of eluents A( acetonitrile) and B( water / phosphoric acid,100: 0.4,v / v) using mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.7 mL / min,and then investigated by similarity analysis. There were significant differences in the chromatographic profiles of the samples collected in different months.The impact of harvest time on the quality of Lonicera japonica leaves should be noted and the best harvest period is July.
