独立学院新生贫困生心理资本现状及特点研究

摘  要:
采用大学生心理资本量表,选取徐州市两所独立院校的1 008名大学新生进行问卷调查,对独立学院新生贫困生的心理资本发展现状进行分析,了解新生贫困生的心理资本特点。结果发现:(1)独立学院新生贫困生心理资本水平整体较好,处中等偏上水平;(2)独立学院新生贫困生在心理资本总分及各维度上与新生非贫困生无统计学意义差异;(3)不同类型的独立学院新生贫困生在心理资本总量与各维度上均存在显著差异;(4)独立学院新生贫困生在人口学(性别、专业)、生源地以及和是否独生子女等因素上与新生非贫困生之间2,两者不存在显著性差异;(5)是否担任学生干部在心理资本总量以及乐观、韧性两个维度上,独立学院新生贫困生与非贫困生存在明显差异。

摘  要:
The college students' psychological capital scale is adopted, and 1008 freshmen from two independent colleges in Xuzhou are selected to conduct a questionnaire survey on the psychological capital development of freshman poor students from independent colleges, aiming to explore the psychological capital characteristics of freshman poor students. The findings are as follows:(1) on the whole, the psychological capital level of freshman poor students from independent colleges is comparatively good, at the medium and above level;(2) the total score and each dimension of psychological capital of freshmen poor students and those of freshman non-poor students have no significant difference;(3) there are significant differences in the total amount and each dimension of psychological capital of freshman poor students from different types of independent colleges;(4) there are no significant differences between freshman poor students and non-poor students in the factors of demography(gender and specialty), students' origin and the number of children in a family;(5) whether or not serving as student leaders makes significant differences in the total amount of psychological capital and the two dimensions of optimism and resilience between freshman poor students and non-poor students.
