In the information age,the improvement of the basic qualities of librarians is a necessary requirement in a study soci-ety.According to the present situation in our library,this paper discusses the question of the qualities of the librarians,and the basic quality which the librarians should have in order to adapt the development of the library in university,and also discusses the main approach of improving librarians’ quality.
