钾素水平对烟叶化学成分和感官评吸质量的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究不同钾肥施用量对烟叶化学成分和感官评吸质量的影响。[方法]以烤烟K326为试材,选取云南省主要产烟区具有代表性的3种含钾量不同但肥力相似的土壤进行栽培,设5个施钾处理,对3个产地不同施钾肥处理烤烟烟叶的化学成分和感官评吸质量进行研究。[结果]在合理的施钾条件下(缺钾土和中钾土施16kg/hm2,富钾土施8kg/hm2),与烟叶品质正相关的化学成分如烟碱、磷、总糖和还原糖含量适中,总多酚、钾、石油醚提取物和总类胡萝卜素等香气物质前体的含量较高,而与烟叶品质负相关的细胞壁物质和粗纤维素含量降低,因而烟气的香气质和量及余味很充足,劲头适中,杂气和刺激性较小,燃烧性和灰色较好。[结论]不同产地和处理的烟叶在化学成分和感官评吸方面存在差异。

摘  要:
[Objective] The study aimed to research the effect of different potassium application level on the chemical composition and sensory taste quality of tobacco leaf. [Method] With flue-cured tobacco K326 as tested material,they were planted on the 3 kinds of the soils with the different potassium contents and the similar fertility in main tobacco-producing area in Yunnan Province. 5 treatments of potassium application were set up to study the chemical composition and sensory taste quality of tobacco treated under the different treatments of potassium application in 3 tobacco-growing areas. [Result] Under the condition of reasonable potassium application (applying 16 kg/hm2 in the potassium deficiency soil and middle potassium soil and 8 kg/hm2 in the rich potassium soil),the chemical components such as nicotine,phosphorus,total sugar and reducing sugar being positively related to the tobacco quality were moderate,the aroma precursor contents of the total polyphenol,potash,petroleum ether extract and the total carotenoids were higher,the cell wall material and crude cellulose content being negatively related to tobacco quality were reduced. If any tobacco leaf met the standards,its smoke should have the excellent aroma quality sufficient aroma amount and aftertaste,medium strength,low extra gas and irritation,and better combustibility and grey.[Conclusion] The tobacco leaf from different producing area and different treatments of potassium application showed the differences on the chemical composition and sensory taste quality.
