以平菇生产为例,探索模拟实际生产的综合性教学模式,确定设计与实施方案,完善了考核模式,总结了"教学做"一体化教学模式的特点,取得了较好的教学效果。

摘要：

Taking oyster mushroom production as an example,the comprehensive teaching mode which simulated actual production was explored,the design and operation scheme was determined,the assessment mode was perfected,the characteristics of teaching,learning and doing integrative teaching mode were summarized,obtaining good teaching effects.
