螺旋藻粉在水产饲料中的应用研究进展

摘  要:
随着水产养殖产量的增长和种类的增多,导致传统优质饲料原料如鱼粉的需求和其有限的产量之间的矛盾急剧加大,迫切需要新的饲料原料来保证水产养殖业的可持续发展。螺旋藻(Spirulina)具有繁殖快、营养价值高等特点,具有较大的开发潜力。对近年来国内外学者就螺旋藻粉在水产饲料中的应用研究现状进行了概括和总结,主要包括不同水产动物对螺旋藻粉的适口性和消化率以及螺旋藻对水产动物生长、健康以及营养和品质的影响情况,并对今后螺旋藻粉的研究发展和利用进行了展望。

摘  要:
Fishmeal and fish oil have been preferred ingredients in aquafeeds because of their high nutritional quality and palatability. Availability of fishmeal and fish oil in the global market remains stable at five million and one million tonnes respectively,and is not likely to increase in the future. Plant ingredients have replaced fishmeal and fish oil in aquafeeds in the past 25 years. However,these ingredients often contain a wide range of anti-nutritional factors that have a negative impact on fish health as well as feed utilization. The nutritional limitations and sustainability issues associated with the use of plant ingredients have motivated researchers to search for novel marine ingredients, as well as ingredients produced from biomass or waste stream.Sustainable novel marine feed ingredients should generally come from sources that are not directly consumed as human food,especially from lower trophic level in the marine ecosystem( e. g. krill,copepod) or that can be produced without use of land and fresh water( e. g. microalgae,seaweed,mussel). Marine ingredients are interesting because there are untapped resources with great potential. Besides,ingredients of marine origin may have advantages compared to plant ingredients because of nutrient content and composition. Spirulina grows fast,has high nutritional value,and shows great potential for further development in aquafeeds. In this paper,the research status of Spirulina meal in aquafeeds has been summarized and discussed,including the nutritional quality of Spirulina and the effects of Spirulina meal on palatability,digestibility,growth,health,the final product quality of farmed species. Meanwhile,future research and development trend on Spirulina meal has been referred.
