蔓割病对甘薯叶片脂质过氧化及某些保护酶活性的影响

摘  要:
研究了不同抗性甘薯品种感染蔓割病病原菌后叶片细胞质膜相对透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和某些保护酶活性的动态变化。结果表明:接种后第10天,病株质膜的相对透性、脂质过氧化产物MDA含量高于未接种的健株,感病品种高于抗病品种;随着接种时间的延长,保护酶活性逐渐下降,且感病品种下降速率高于抗病品种;抗病品种金山57在感病后能使细胞内MDA、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的代谢基本恢复到正常状态,其自我调节能力显著大于感病品种岩薯8-6。

摘  要:
The dynamic changes in the relative permeability of plasma membrane,the malondiadehyde(MDA) content and the protective enzyme activity of sweet potato cultivars inoculated with the stem rot pathogen were studied.It was found that the relative permeability of plasma membrane,the MDA content in the infected plant was higher than that in the uninoculatedly heathy plant,and in the sensitive variety higher than in the resistant one on tenth day.With the increase of inoculation time,the protective enzyme activity was gradually decreased,and the decrement in the sentitive variety was higher than that in the resistant one.The resistant cultivar,Jinshan57,could resume the basic normal metabolism of MDA,SOD and CAT in a shorter time.It demonstrated that Jinshan57 possessed a significantly self-regulating ability more than Yanshu 8-6.
