EMS诱变对直立型扁蓿豆出苗和幼苗生长的影响

摘  要:
用0.9%EMS(甲基磺酸乙酯)溶液分别对直立型扁蓿豆2种萌发状态种子进行不同时间的处理,分析其发芽率及出苗率,并观察其幼苗成活率及部分生长指标的变异情况.结果表明,0.9%EM S分别处理直立型扁蓿豆发芽种子、吸胀种子48h和3h(半致死时间),其相应幼苗的株高、叶长、叶宽、叶片数整体呈降低趋势;而0.9%EM S处理直立型扁蓿豆发芽种子1h对其幼苗生长有一定程度的促进作用.以半致死剂量下的浓度和时间处理直立型扁蓿豆吸胀种子的变异率、成活率分别为15.38% 和43.3% 均高于处理其发芽种子,EM S处理吸胀种子可作为更有效的诱变方式.同时试验通过设立2个对照得到磷酸缓冲液对幼苗生长有一定抑制作用.

摘  要:
The germination rate and emergence rate of Medicago ruthenica(L.)Sojak.cv.Zhilixing seeds were analyzed by 0.9%EMS(methyl sulfonate ethyl ester)solution at different times,and the survival rate of alfalfa seedlings and the variation of some growth indexes were observed.The results showed that the plant height,leaf length,leaf width and leaf number of the corresponding seedlings showed a decreasing trend when treated with0.9%EMS for 48 hand 3 h(half lethal time)respectively.And 0.9% EMS treated Medicago ruthenica(L.)Sojak.cv.Zhilixing germinated seeds for 1 hcan promote the growth of it seedlings to a certain extent.The mutation rate and survival rate of the absorbent seeds of Medicago ruthenica(L.)Sojak.cv.Zhilixing were 15.38% and43.3%,respectively,higher than that of the germinated seeds.At the same time,the phosphoric acid buffer obtained by setting up two controls had certain inhibitory effect on seedling growth.
