油橄榄叶中活性成分初步分析

摘  要:
通过系统化学预试验,采用水、乙醇、石油醚三段法对油橄榄叶片中活性成分进行粗分,并利用各种成分的颜色反应和沉淀反应对提取液进行定性检测,初步分析了油橄榄叶片中的活性成分。结果表明,油橄榄叶片中含有酚、黄酮、有机酸、挥发油等成分。通过分析油橄榄叶片中的活性成分,为其开发利用提供依据。

摘  要:
The active constituents of olive leaf were preliminarily studied with systematical chemical pre-trial methods.The mixture from olive leaf was extracted in three different solvents(water,alcohol and petroleum ether).The extraction was detected with color and precipitation reactions.The results indicated that olive leaf contained phenols,flavonoids,organic acids,naphtha,etc.By analyzing the active constituents of the olive leaf,the evidence for the further development was provided.
