油橄榄叶多糖含量测定方法的研究

摘  要:
采用苯酚-硫酸法测定油橄榄叶多糖含量,优化得出最佳测定条件为苯酚0.8 mL,硫酸4 mL,反应温度20℃,反应时间10 min。加样回收率为99.95%,测得油橄榄叶多糖含量为(12.064±0.265)mg/g。

摘  要:
This paper established a phenol-sulfuric acid method for determining the method of olive leaf polysaccharide content,the result shows that the optimized result shows that:A2 B1 C1 D1,namely the best conditions is phenol 0.8 mL,4 mL of sulfuric acid,reaction temperature 20 ℃,the reaction time is 10 min. The recovery rate is 99.95%. The polysaccharide content is 12.064±0.265 mg/g.
