枸骨叶总黄酮提取与测定

摘  要:
以芦丁为对照品,乙醇为浸提溶剂,利用紫外-分光光度法对枸骨叶总黄酮提取率进行测定。在单因素实验基础上采用L9(34)正交设计,考察了乙醇浓度、浸提时间、浸提温度、料液比等因素对枸骨叶总黄酮提取率的影响。研究结果表明,在浸提温度为80℃、料液比为1∶12的φ乙醇=20%中浸提3 h的条件下浸提效果最好,枸骨叶总黄酮提取率为3.975%,浸提级数为二级。

摘  要:
The total flavonoids in Llex cornuta Lindl were determined through ultraviolet spectrophotometry with rutin as reference standard and ethanol as extracting liquid.The effective factors of ethanol concentration,temperature,treatment time and mass/volume ratio of solvent were studied through orthogonal tests[L9(34)]on the basis of single factor test.It was found that the extraction had the best result under the conditions:weigh ration-1∶12 of 20% ethanol to Llex cornuta Lindl,temperature-80 ℃,time-3 hours.The average extraction rate was 3.975% and the extraction series was 2.
