The relative expression of miR-92b-3p in different tissues of H5N1 AIV infected and non-infected SPF ducks were examined by quantitative PCR.Different microRNA(miR-92b-3p) was obtained from SPF ducks of infected and non-infected H5N1 AIV and based on the analysis of microRNA.The results showed that miR-92b-3p was expressed in all tissues.Furthermore,miR-92b-3p relative expression level was higher in spleen than in other tissues of SPF duck, and at a higher level in lung of H5N1 infected ducks. At the same time, the relative expression level of miR-92b-3p in kidney, trachea, lung, liver and heart of infected SPF ducks was higher than that in non-infected SPF ducks. The research provides the basis for the future studies of miR-92b-3p role in the prevention of avian influenza virus infection in host and the mechanisms of miR-92b-3p in H5N1 infected wild waterfowl.
