含香豆素的酰胺类衍生物的合成及抑菌活性

摘  要:
[目的]筛选出更高杀菌活性的含香豆素的酰胺类衍生物。[方法]将具有优良杀菌活性的香豆素引入酰胺结构中,设计合成一系列新型含香豆素的芳酰胺类衍生物,并采用浑浊度法测定目标化合物的抑制烟草青枯菌和番茄青枯菌活性。[结果]目标化合物结构经IR、1H NMR、13C NMR和MS方法的表征。抑菌性测试结果表明:目标化合物对烟草青枯菌和番茄青枯菌具有较好的抑制活性,其中化合物3f、3j、3k和3l的抑制烟草青枯菌活性EC50值分别为144.17、139.02、121.26、119.52 mg/L,优于对照药剂噻菌铜的活性(204.36 mg/L);化合物3f、3j、3k和3l的抑制番茄青枯菌活性EC50值分别为87.32、83.20、89.14、90.03 mg/L,优于噻菌铜的活性(106.71 mg/L)。[结论]新型含香豆素的酰胺类衍生物具有好的抑菌活性。

摘  要:
[Aims] To develop amine derivatives bearing coumarin moiety with effectively antibacterial activities.[Methods] A series of novel amine derivatives bearing coumarin moeity were synthesized via the method of combing courmrin to the structure of amine,their antibacterial activities against tobacco and tomato bacterial wilts were evaluated.[Results] The structures of title compounds were confirmed by the method of IR,1H NMR,13 C NMR and MS,and the results of biological assay indicated that most of the title compounds exhibited good antibacterial activities against tobacco and tomato bacterial wilts.Among the title compounds,3f,3j,3k and 3l showed excellent antibacterial activities against tobacco bacterial wilts,with the EC50 values of 144.17,139.02,121.26,119.52 mg/L,respectively,which were better than that of thiodiazole-copper(204.36 mg/L).Compounds 3f,3j,3k and 3l showed excellent antibacterial activities against tomato bacterial wilts,with the EC50 values of 87.32,83.20,89.14,90.03 mg/L,respectively,which were better than that of thiodiazole-copper(106.71 mg/L).[Conclusions] Novel amine derivatives bearing coumarin exhibited considerable antibacterial activities.
