环保酵素对菠菜幼苗生理生化指标影响的研究

摘  要:
[目的]探究环保酵素对菠菜生长过程中各项生理生化指标的影响。[方法]在菠菜幼苗生长期添加环保酵素,并对菠菜幼苗生长期的生理指标进行定量分析。[结果]环保酵素可使菠菜幼苗体内的POD、SOD、CAT活性显著增强,叶绿素含量无显著影响,可溶性蛋白含量有所降低,但并不显著。[结论]为环保酵素的有效利用提供一定的理论依据。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to explore the effect on physiological and biochemical indexes of spinach with environmental enzyme. [Method] We present a physiological index quantitative analysis of spinach seedlings with environmental enzyme. [Result] SOD, POD and CAT activity enhanced significantly with environmental enzyme. But the content of chlorophyll had no change. The content of soluble protein decreased. [Conclusion] The results could provide references for the application of environmental enzyme.
