不同月份桔梗中桔梗皂苷D含量的比较

摘  要：
采用高效液相-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-ELSD)色谱法测定了盂县2年生不同月份桔梗根中桔梗皂苷D的含量。结果表明,桔梗中桔梗皂苷D含量在3—10月依次为6.130,9.740,11.280,5.070,7.560,5.830,2.690,2.580 mg/g,且含量明显高于药店桔梗的含量(1.220 mg/g),说明供试桔梗质量较好;桔梗皂苷D含量在5月达到最高,9,10月份趋于稳定,故春收宜选择5月份,秋收宜选择9月份。研究结果可为桔梗的采收时期和桔梗的进一步开发及利用提供理论依据。

摘  要：
The content of Platycodon D in the roots of Platycodon grandiflorum in different months of two-year-old in Yuxian area was determined by high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detector(HPLC-ELSD). The results showed that the content of Platycodon D in Platycodon grandiflorum from March to October was 6.130, 9.740, 11.280, 5.070, 7.560, 5.830,2.690, 2.580 mg/g, respectively, and the content was significantly higher than that Platycodon grandiflorum in drugstore(1.220 mg/g),indicating that the quality of Platycodon grandiflorum was better. The content of Platycodon D reached the highest in May and tended to be stable in September and October. Therefore, spring harvest should choose May, autumn harvest should choose September. The results of this study provides a theoretical basis for the harvesting period of Platycodon grandiflorum, and for the further development and utilization of Platycodon grandiflorum.
