摘  要:
超临界CO2萃取的香辛料精油能很好地保持天然风味、无溶剂污染,并且生产工艺简单、周期短。本文通过超临界CO2萃取技术对7种香辛料精油萃取的应用研究,优化得出了7种香辛料精油的萃取参数、萃取率、产率。

摘  要:
Spice essential oils produced by supercritical CO2 extraction technology can well preserve the natural flavor and have no problem of solvent pollution. Moreover,the extraction technique is simple and the production cycle is short. In this paper,production of 7 kinds of spice essential oils by use of the supercritical CO2 extraction technology was introduced,and in the meantime,extracted parameters,extraction rates and yields of each were presented.
