三氧化二铝固载氟化钾催化合成香豆素

摘  要:
以A1 2 O3固载钾盐 (K2 CO3、KAc、KF)作催化剂 ,以水杨醛、乙酸酐为原料合成香豆素。考察了催化剂的组成、反应物与催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对反应的影响 ,结果表明 ,当反应物、催化剂 (以KF计 )用量摩尔比为n(水杨醛 )∶n(乙酸酐 )∶n(KF) =1∶3 .7∶0 .5时 ,1 90℃下反应 3h ,香豆素的收率为 74.3 5 %。

摘  要:
The synthesis of coumarin from salicylaldehyde and acetyl oxide was catalyzed by potassic salts(potassium acetate,potassium carbonate,potassium fluoride)supported by aluminium oxide.It was found that potassium fluoride supported by aluminium oxide had good activity.The factors influencing on the yield of the reaction were inspected.Under the optimum conditions,the average yield of the coumarin could reach 74.35% when the mole ratio of salicylaldehyde to acetyl oxide to catalyst(potassium fluoride) was 1∶3.7∶0.5 at 190 ℃ for 3 h.
