丢糟混菌发酵生产蛋白饲料的研究

摘  要:
[目的]探讨丢糟蛋白饲料的发酵工艺。[方法]以白酒丢糟为主要原料,黑曲霉、绿色木霉、热带假丝酵母为发酵菌,通过单因素和正交试验确定丢糟混菌发酵生产蛋白饲料的最佳工艺条件。[结果]最佳发酵工艺条件为:原辅料配比为粉碎至20目的丢糟75%、麸皮20%、玉米粉5%,黑曲霉∶绿色木霉∶热带假丝酵母的接种比例为1∶1∶1,总接种量为12%,初始pH值为5.0,发酵温度为30℃,发酵时间为6d。[结论]经混菌发酵后的白酒丢糟不但含有大量的有益活菌体及微生物酶类等生物活性物质,而且粗蛋白含量为31.32%(干样),比较原料丢糟增长78.97%;真蛋白含量为24.60%(干样),比较原料丢糟增长56.29%;粗纤维含量为16.58%(干样),粗纤维降解率达到31.60%。

摘  要:
[Objective]To exprore the fermentation technique of waste lees protein feedstuff.[Method]The protein feedstuff was produced using waste lees of Daqu as the main raw materials and Aspergillus niger,Trichoderma and Candida tropicalis as fermentation bacteria.The optimum technical conditions of protein feedstuff produced by multiple microbes fermentation of waste lees were investigated by single factor and orthogonal experiment.[Result]The best prescription of raw materials are as follows:waste lees(20 mesh),75%;wheat bran,20%;corn meal,5%;Aspergillus.niger∶ Trichoderma∶ Candida tropicalis,1∶1∶1;inoculation ratio,12%;initial pH value,5.0;fermentation temperature,30 ℃ and fermentation time,6 d.[Conclusion] The analysis of composition indicated that the waste lees fermentated with multiple microbes had a large number of bioactive substances including beneficial bacteria,microbial enzymes,vitamins etc.Compared with waste lees of raw material,the crude protein content of finished product reached 31.32%(dry sample),with the incresing rate of 78.97%;the pure protein content of finished product reached 24.60%(dry sample),with the increasing rate of 56.29%.The crude fiber content was 16.58%(dry sample),with the degradation rate of 31.60%.The study finded a better way for the use of waste lees.
