摘  要:
以杂木屑为主料,按添加麦麸0%、5%、20%、30%、玉米粉30%的比例,设置5组杏鲍菇栽培料配方,研究其在菌丝长势、子实体产量、生物转化率、经济效益上的差别。结果表明:麦麸的增产效果比玉米粉好;配方D(木屑68%+麦麸30%+石膏1%+蔗糖1%+石灰0.5%)的产量及经济效益最高。

摘  要:
Using mixed sawdust as the main culture substrate of Pleurotus eryngii,the effects of different proportion of wheat bran and corn flour to culture substrate on the characteristics of mycelium and fruiting body,biological conversion,economic efficiency were studied.The results showed that the wheat bran better than corn flour,and the highest yield and economic efficiency was formula D which included 68% of sawdust,30% of the wheat bran,1% gesso,1% sucrose and 0.5% of lime.
