HB2015株A亚群禽白血病病毒的蛋鸡实验性感染研究

摘  要:
通过鸡胚静脉接种,对分离于湖北某蛋鸡群的A亚群禽白血病病毒(ALV-A)HB2015株进行实验性感染研究。结果:试验组鸡胚孵出14只雏鸡,对照组孵出3只;ALV-A特异性PCR结果显示:试验组孵出的小鸡4周龄时有11只(11/14)的血液样本呈ALV-A核酸阳性,3只(3/11)呈ALV-A核酸阴性,对照组则全部为ALV-A核酸阴性;16周龄试验组鸡血涂片中可见少量髓细胞性瘤细胞,剖检可见内脏器官有不同病变结节;病理组织学观察显示,内脏组织中可见原淋巴细胞、髓细胞性瘤细胞、成红细胞等多种瘤细胞增生;感染鸡的肝组织中可分离到病毒,表明ALV-A HB2015株通过鸡胚静脉接种可诱发蛋鸡多种类型瘤细胞增生。

摘  要:
In this study,an experimental infection in chickens with HB2015 strain of avian leukosis virus subgroup A(ALV-A)isolated from a layer flock in Hubei province was carried out to analyze the tumorigenicity in birds through intravenous inoculation of chicken embryos. As a result,14 chicks of experimental group and 3 chicks of control group were hatched. ALV-A specific PCR test showed that 11 of 14 blood samples from experimental group chicks were positive,the rest of the three of experimental group and all the three chicks of the control group were negative at 4 weeks of age.Blood smear microscopy showed that myeloid tumor cells were first observed in the blood of experimental group chickens at 16 weeks of age. Autopsy and histopathological examination of the chickens at 16 weeks of age showed that there were many different tumor nodules on the surface of visceral organs and various tumor cells include lymphoblast,myeloid cells and erythroblast distribute in the lesion tissues. In addition,the same virus as the inoculated could be isolated from the tumor sample tissue of infection chicken. In conclusion,the results indicated that ALV-A HB2015 could infect layer chickens and induce various tumor cell hyperplasia by intravenous inoculation of chicken embryos.
