玉米秸秆还田机的设计与参数研究

摘  要:
针对我国大部分地区现阶段仍存在的秸秆随意堆放、焚烧秸秆污染环境和秸秆后期处理利用率低等问题,通过分析国内外现有秸秆还田机的优缺点,利用计算机Solid Works软件优化设计适合东北地区玉米秸秆还田机,并利用ANSYS软件对其关键部件刀辊进行校核和模态分析。在理论分析基础上,对该机进行结构参数优化,确定其临界转速为8 616.6r/min。通过Mat Lab来模拟分析刀片在实际工作中的运动轨迹,进而为秸秆还田机的优化设计提供参考。

摘  要:
For most parts of China at the Present Stage random stacking straw,straw burning pollution of the environment and low utilization problem of post- processing,by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the field straw chopper equipment,via the Solid Works software to optimize the design for the northeastern region of maize straw chopper.Through ANSYS software checked and modal analysis its key components knife axis. Based on theoretical analysis parameters to optimize the structure,determine the critical rotation rate is 8616. 6r / min. Through MATLAB software to analysis the trajectory of the blade in the actual work,and then provide a reference for the design and optimization of the straw returning machine.
