反旋秸秆还田机传动系的虚拟样机建模和仿真

摘  要:
针对正转灭茬旋耕机在植被覆盖、碎土、平整度等方面的不足,设计了耕作质量较好的反旋秸秆还田机。同时,介绍了反旋秸秆还田机传动系结构与工作原理,应用SolidWorks建立了传动系各零件的虚拟样机模型并进行了装配,应用ADAMS对虚拟样机模型施加约束并进行了运动仿真。发动机在两个不同转速下的仿真结果表明:各齿轮旋转情况与实际相一致,传动系总体的仿真转速与理论转速的最大误差为1.24%,建立的传动系虚拟样机模型精度较高,这为反旋秸秆还田机传动系的动力学分析和优化设计提供了条件。

摘  要:
According to the shortage of positive rotating rototiller in vegetation coverage,broken soil and planeness,a reverse straw returning machine with better quality was designed in the paper.The structure and working principle of reverse straw returning machine transmission was explained,the virtual prototype model of each transmission part was established and assembled using SolidWorks,and after adding constraints on the virtual prototype model,movement simulation of transmission was made by applying ADAMS,the simulation results in two different engine speed showed that each gear rotating direction was consistent with actual situation,the maximum error between simulation speed and theory speed of the transmission was 1.24%,and the precision of the established virtual prototype model of transmission was higher,which provided prerequisite for dynamics analysis and optimization design of the reverse straw returning machine transmission.
