旋耕弯刀侧切刃曲线分析及新型曲线的推导

摘  要:
本文讨论了旋耕刀侧切刃理论,将阿基米德螺线等侧切刃曲线归纳为一个微分方程曲线集合,并指出:与该集合相比,偏心圆与正弦指数螺线更适合于作侧切刃曲线。 根据动态滑切角理论以及侧切刃入土应从刀根部向刀端部依次过渡的原理,推导出等动态滑切角侧切刃曲线与顺序入土侧切刃曲线。

摘  要:
The theories about the lengthwise edge of the rotary blade are studied in this paper, the Archimede's spiral curve and other two kinds of edge-curves are incorporated into one differential equation's curve assemble. It is pointed out in this paper that the eccentric circle and the sine-index spiral curve are more suitable as the lengthwise edge-curve of the rotary blade than any others in the assemble. Based on the theory of the dynamic slide cutting angle and the principle that cutting process of the rotary blade into soil should be carried oa from the shank to the tip, two kinds of new edge-curves are derived.
