旋耕弯刀圆弧母线正切面研究

摘  要:
选用圆弧作为旋耕弯刀正切面母线,推导出圆弧母线正切面曲面普遍方程,等耕深、等安装角圆弧母线正切面曲面方程。设计出六种具有相同侧切刃的等耕深、等安装角圆弧母线正切面旋耕刀,并对正切刃、正切面诸参数进行了优化和选择。试验证明,新设计的旋耕刀比生产中使用的旋耕刀能耗降低26%以上。

摘  要:
In this paper, the universal equation of the circular element scoop surface of rotary blades is derived and is applied to the same tillage depth and same mounting angle blades. Six kinds of rotary blades with same tillage depth and same mounting angle are designed which have the circular element scoop surfaces. The parameters of the scoop surface are discussed and optimized.The test shows that the energy consuming of the new blades is 26% less than that of the conventional blades.
