生牛乳中金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性研究

摘  要:
为调查山东省生牛乳中金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性情况,本研究采集山东省6个不同地区的130份生牛乳样品,进行金黄色葡萄球菌的分离、鉴定及耐药表型分析。结果表明,共有57份样品判定检出金黄色葡萄球菌,平均检出率为43.85%。对57份样品进行8大类12种抗生素的药敏试验,结果表明对青霉素的耐药率最高,为87.72%,同时对氨苄西林、红霉素和克林霉素的耐药率也达到较高水平,分别为84.21%、78.95%和56.14%。另外,57株金黄色葡萄球菌中有50株为多重耐药菌株,其中以耐3种药物与耐5种药物的菌株数最多,且耐药谱种类较多,受地区差异影响较大。该结果可为山东地区奶牛业规范使用抗生素提供一定参考。

摘  要:
In order to investigate the drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus in raw cow milk,130 samples of raw milk from 6 different areas of Shandong Province were collected for the isolation,identification and phenotypic analysis of S. aureus. The results showed that S. aureus were detected in 57 samples,and the average detection rate was 43. 85%. The susceptibility test of 57 samples to 12 kinds of antibiotics belonged to 8 classes showed that the resistance rate to penicillin was the highest of 87. 72%,and the resistance rates to ampicillin,erythromycin and clindamycin reached higher level,which were 84. 21%,78. 95% and 56. 14% respectively. In addition,50 strains showed multiple drug resistance,and the strains resistant to three and five drugs were the most,and the drug multi-resistant patterns were various and different from areas. The results could provide references for the standard use of antibiotics in dairy industry in Shandong Province.
