基于信息技术的教师专业缄默知识显性化策略初探

摘  要:
教师在教育教学实践活动中能够积累大量的缄默知识,包括关于学科内容的缄默知识和关于教育教学的缄默知识这些缄默知识对教师的教育教学和专业发展有着极其重要的影响。在信息技术环境下,充分利用现代信息技术手段如Blog、概念图和思维导图,能够使教师专业缄默知识得到充分的显性化并得到共享,最终使他们的专业缄默知识得到重构和发展。

摘  要:
Teachers can accumulate a lot of tacit knowledge during their teaching activities,including the knowledge about subject contents and education or instruction,which has important impacts on teachers' educational viewpoints, teaching activities and their professional developments.Under the IT environment,by full use of modern information technology,such as Blog,Concept Map and Mind Map,teachers'professional tacit knowledge could be completely dominated and shared,and ultimately reconstructed and developed.
