摘 要:
缄默知识是一种内隐于个人本身的知识形态,相对于显性知识而言,是其有益补充。缄默知识主要通过习惯、信念、个人经验等形式体现,通过实践形式可充分表达。缄默知识与个人的行动紧密相联。高校学生缄默知识被漠视的现象凸显,已经产生了一些不良后果,如高分低能、品德言行不一等。个人作为生存个体,大部分的学习源自对他人的效仿,其中对于榜样行为的模仿更为明显。本研究通过分析缄默知识本身的特征、实现途径等,呼吁学高校重视缄默知识对学生个体发展的作用,并建议通过重视实践,合理运用朋辈榜样等途径关注学生的缄默知识,以促进学生的全面发展。

摘 要:
Tacit knowledge is an implicit form of knowledge to the individuals themselves,as opposed to explicit knowledge,it is a useful complement. Tacit knowledge mainly expressed through diet,beliefs,personal experiences and other forms,can be fully expressed through the form of practice. Tacit knowledge is closely related to individual action. Tacit knowledge of college students was ignored which has produced some undesirable consequences,such as highscores have low abilities,words and deeds are not consistent. Relying on this model of peer role models to promote ideological and political education of the university students in effect,it is the research direction. Personal survival as individuals,most of learning is from others to emulate,to imitate the example of behavior which is more obvious. This study,by analyzing the characteristics of tacit knowledge itself and the ways to realize it,calls for the importance of tacit knowledge to the students' individual development,and by emphasizing practice,rational use of peer model ways focuses on tacit knowledge of students,to promote the all-round development of students.
