饲粮中添加蚯蚓液对樱桃谷鸭生产性能、肌肉品质及血清生化指标的影响

摘  要:
试验旨在研究饲粮中添加蚯蚓液对樱桃谷鸭生产性能、肌肉品质及血液生化指标的影响。选用1日龄樱桃谷鸭240只,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,各组分别饲喂添加蚯蚓液0(对照组)、1%、1.5%、2%的基础饲粮,试验期为42 d。结果表明:肌肉品质方面:胸肌粗蛋白含量2%组显著高于对照组和1.5%组(P<0.01),粗脂肪含量1.5%组显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。胸肌缬氨酸(Val)、异亮氨酸(Ile)含量对照组高于2%组和1.5%组(P<0.05);酪氨酸(Tyr)含量2%组显著高于对照组和1%组(P<0.05);血清生化指标:与对照组相比,1.5%和2%组谷草转氨酶显著降低(P<0.05)。蚯蚓液对樱桃谷鸭其他指标均没有显著影响(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加蚯蚓液2%以下不能显著提高樱桃谷鸭生产性能,对免疫器官发育、胸肌脂肪酸含量和血清生化指标没有显著影响,不会影响动物的正常机能;但当饲料中蚯蚓液添加量为2%时对樱桃谷鸭肌肉蛋白质含量、肉质营养水平的提高效果较好;当蚯蚓液添加量为1.5%时可促进肌肉脂肪的沉积,改善肉质的嫩度和风味。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary earthworm liquid on production performance, muscle quality and serum biochemical parameters of Cherry Valley duck. A total of 240 1-day-age Cherry Valley ducks were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 3 replicates per group and 20 ducks per replicate. 0(control group), 1%, 1.5% and 2% of earthworm liquid was respectively added into basal diet and fed Cherry Valley ducks for42 days feeding trial. The results showed that the crude protein content of breast muscle of 2% group was significantly higher than that of control group and 1.5% group than that of the other groups(P<0.05). The contents of proline(Val) and isoleucine(Ile) in breast muscle in the control group were higher than those of 2% group and 1.5% group(P<0.05); The tyrosine(Tyr) content of 2% group was significantly higher than that in the control group and 1% group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, 1.5% and2% groups had a significant decrease in aspartate aminotransferase(P<0.05). The earthworm liquid had no significant effect on other indicators of Cherry Valley duck(P>0.05).It could be seen that the addition below 2% in the diet could not significantly improve the performance of Cherry Valley duck, and had no significant effect on immune organ development,breast muscle fatty acid content and serum biochemical indicators, and could not affect the normal function of animals;When the amount was 2%, the protein content and nutrition level of muscle of Cherry Valley duck were better.When the addition of earthworm liquid was 1.5%, the deposition of muscle fat was promoted, and the tenderness and flavor of meat were improved.
