饲喂蚯蚓液对番鸭血清生化指标的影响

摘  要：
在番鸭的基础饲粮中分别添加蚯蚓液0%、1.5%、2.5%,研究了不同蚯蚓液添加量对番鸭血清生化指标的影响。结果表明:添加2.5%蚯蚓液能够显著提高公番鸭的脂质代谢指标TC、TG、LDL,而对母番鸭没有显著影响;添加2.5%蚯蚓液能够显著提高公番鸭的肝脏功能指标ALB含量、白球比、ALP活性,而对母番鸭只能显著提高ALP活性;添加1.5%蚯蚓液可以显著提高公番鸭的TP、ALB、GLB含量,显著降低白球比、ALP活性,而对母番鸭则没有显著影响;添加1.5%蚯蚓液能够明显提高公番鸭的肾脏功能指标UA,而对母番鸭则没有影响。因此,用2.5%蚯蚓液饲喂番鸭能够提高公番鸭的代谢水平,且不会损伤肝脏、肾脏。

摘  要：
In this study,0%,1. 5% or 2. 5% earthworm liquid were added into the basic diet of Muscovy ducks,and the effect of earthworm liquid dietary on the serum biochemical parameters of Muscovy ducks was researched. The results showed that:adding 2.5% earthworm liquid could significantly improve the lipid metabolic indexes( TC,TG and LDL) of male ducks,but it had no significant impact on these indexes of female ducks; adding 2. 5% earthworm liquid could significantly enhance the liver functional indexes( ALB content,ratio of ALB to GLB,ALP activity) of male ducks,while it could only significantly increase the ALP activity of female ducks; adding 1.5% earthworm liquid could significantly improve the contents of TP,ALB and GLB in the serum of male ducks,and could significantly decrease the ALB-GLB ratio and ALP activity,but it had no significant impact on these indexes of female ducks; adding 1. 5% earthworm liquid could obviously enhance the renal functional index UA of male ducks,while it had no effect on this index of female ducks. Thus,adding 2.5% earthworm liquid into the basic diet of male Muscovy ducks can increase their metabolic level,and will not harm their liver and kidney.
