叶面喷施蚯蚓液对黄瓜幼苗生长发育的影响

摘  要：
目的:研究蚯蚓液对黄瓜幼苗生长发育的影响;方法:采用3种不同浓度的蚯蚓液对黄瓜在幼苗期进行叶面喷施,研究不同浓度蚯蚓液对黄瓜幼苗的营养指标、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、MDA和膜透性等指标的影响;结果:当喷施蚯蚓液200倍液时,黄瓜幼苗生长效果最好,黄瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、干鲜重与对照组比较,分别上升了51.4%、32.6%、21.7%、78.8%,幼苗的叶绿素含量和净光合速率都有显著提升,且大大降低了黄瓜幼苗细胞膜脂过氧化程度;结论:通过叶面喷施蚯蚓液能使黄瓜幼苗叶色浓绿,茎秆粗壮,能有效促进黄瓜幼苗期的生长发育,可推荐其在黄瓜工厂化育苗上进行实践应用。

摘  要：
Objective:To investigate the effect of earthworm fluid on the growth and development of cucumber seedlings.Methods:Three different concentrations of earthworm fluid were applied to the leaves of cucumber seedlings to study the effects of different concentrations of earthworm fluid on the nutrition indexes,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,MDA and membrane permeability of cucumber seedlings.Results:The results showed that the best cucumber seedling growth was achieved when the 200 times earthworm liquid was sprayed.The plant height,stem diameter,dry weight and fresh weight of cucumber seedlings increased by 51.4%,32.6%,21.7% and 78.8%,respectively.The chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of seedlings increased significantly,and the degree of membrane lipidperoxidation in cucumber seedlings was greatly reduced.Conclusion:The application of earthworm liquid through foliar leaves can make the leaf color of cucumber seedling green and stem stout,which can effectively promote the growth and development of cucumber seedlings.It can be recommended for practical application on cucumber seedling breeding.
