薄层扫描法测定人参降糖胶囊中AF的含量

摘  要:
采用薄层扫描法测定人参降糖胶囊中的精氨酸衍生物AF的含量。以正丁醇—冰醋酸—水(2∶1∶1)为展开剂,以2 g/L茚三酮乙醇溶液为显色剂,AF的测定波长λS=510 nm,参比波长λR=685 nm。测定结果表明:AF在1.00~3.50μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.998 1。平均回收率99.77%(n=6),RSD=1.34%。

摘  要:
The sample was extracted by methanol at 4℃ and then the residue was extracted by water at 4℃ for 12 h,3 times altogether,the water extract was freeze-dried and precipitated by ethanol,and the precipitation was dissolved in 5 mL measuring flask.The sample solution was dripped on the silica gel HF 254 plate and outspread by n-butanol,acetic acid,water(2∶1∶1),2 g/L ninhydrin ethanol solutions was color reagent,AF was determined by thin layer scanning with λ_S=510 nm and λ_R=685 nm.The results showed that AF has a good linear relation(r=0.998 1) in 1.00~3.50 μg with the average recovery of 99.77%(n=6) and the relative standard deviation of 1.34%.
