摘  要：
农村公共文化服务供需错位是亟待研究和解决的一个重要理论和现实问题。当前,地方政府机构为农村提供的公共文化服务更多的是参考执行《国家基本公共文化服务指导标准(2015～2020)》,并没有较好地结合各地农村的实际情况做出相应的调整,因而其效率比较低下。事实上,各地农村的生产生活方式、地理条件、自然环境、常住村民的受教育程度、收入状况、个人素养等因素就是农村最大的实际,任何时候分析村民的文化需求都应当以此为基本参照。

摘  要：
The mismatch between supply and demand of rural public cultural services is an important theoretical and practical problem that needs to be studied and solved urgently. At present, the public cultural services provided by local government institutions for rural areas are more reference to the implementation of the "National Basic Public Cultural Service Guidance Standard(2015-2020)", and do not make corresponding adjustments in combination with the actual situation in rural areas, so its efficiency is relatively low. In fact, the production and lifestyle, geographical conditions, natural environment, the education level of the resident villagers, income status, personal literacy and other factors are the biggest reality in the countryside,any time to analyze the cultural needs of villagers should be taken as a basic reference.
