摘  要：
以清新县石潭镇格水村的贫困户为调查对象,从信息在贫困农村中的作用入手,对贫困农村信息贫困的影响进行了阐述,分析了文化素质、社会信息环境、经济能力、思想观念四个主要影响因素是造成贫困农村的信息贫困原因,提出了消除贫困农村信息贫困的建议。

摘  要：
This paper investigates the poor households in Geshui Village of Shitan Town in Qingxin County,explores roles of information to the poor rural,and then describes impacts of information poverty in poor rural.The author points out the main impact factors of information poverty in poor rural are cultural education,social information context,economic level,thinking concept and makes further suggestions for eliminating information poverty in poor rural.
