摘  要：
贫困是一个复合性的经济学和社会学问题,发展中国家的贫困问题尤为突出,中国是世界发展中大国,其贫困问题是历届党和政府都非常重视的问题.河北省有其独特的地理和气候等自然条件,仅国家级贫困县数目就极为惊人.分析了河北省贫困农村的基本现状和致贫的原因,提出了脱贫对策.

摘  要：
Poverty is a composite the economics and society issue;and the problem of poverty in developing countries is particularly prominent.Because China is a great developing country in the world,the matter of poverty is a major issue to which the party and the government have attached great importance.National-level poor counties in Hebei province,with its unique geographical and climate and other natural conditions,have extremely alarming number.The basic situation and causes of poverty in rural areas of Hebei province were analyzed;and poverty reduction strategy were presented.
