白酒丢糟发酵生产蛋白质饲料的菌种筛选

摘  要:
研究了产朊假丝酵母、热带假丝酵母、白地霉、酿酒酵母、绿色木霉、黑曲霉与米曲霉发酵白酒丢糟生产蛋白质饲料的效果.结果表明:白地霉、黑曲霉、绿色木霉和热带假丝酵母效果最好,发酵后白酒丢糟的蛋白质质量分数提高了6.49%以上;对这4种菌进行组合筛选,发现由黑曲霉、绿色木霉和白地霉组合发酵,能将白酒丢糟的蛋白质质量分数提高9.96%.

摘  要:
Liquor distiller's spent grains were fermented with Candida utilis,Candida tropicalis,Geotrichum candidum,Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Trichoderma viride,Aspergillus niger or Aspergillus oryzae to study their effects on protein feed production.The results showed that G.candidum,A.niger,S.cerevisiae and C.tropicalis had satisfactory effects.The protein content of the liquor spent grains fermented with them was increased by 6.49%.Then a test was made in which the four strains were used in combination.The results showed that the combination of A.niger,T.viride and G.candidum was the best,improving protein content by 9.96%.
