谷氨酸棒杆菌关键酶活性与苏氨酸高产的关系

摘  要:
从微生物代谢途径和关键酶活性的关系入手,分析了谷氨酸棒杆菌的两种关键酶活性及其与L-苏氨酸产量的关系。发现谷氨酸棒杆菌随着遗传特性的变化,其高丝氨酸脱氢酶的活性从原始菌株WS4006的0.124 9 U增加到Y-1(L-Met-+L-Lys-+AHVr+Ile-)的0.416 0 U,是出发菌的3.33倍,天冬氨酸激酶的活性由24 U达到39 U,是出发菌的1.65倍,L-苏氨酸产量达到4.14 g/L,比出发菌产量0.31g/L提高了14.03倍。

摘  要:
From analyzing the relation between microbial metabolism way and key enzymes' activity,two key enzymes' activity of Corynebacterium glutamicum and their relationships with yield of L-threonine were analyzed.It found that with increasing genetic characteristics of Corynebacterium glutamicum,its Homoserine dehydrogenase activity increased from 0.124 9 of original strain WS4006 to 0.416 0 of Y-1(L-Met-+L-Lys-+AHVr+Ile-),which was 3.33 times of the original strain's;the Aspartate kinase activity was from 24 to 39,which was 1.65 times of original strain's;the yield of L-threonine reached 4.14 g/L,which was 14.03 times of original strain's(0.31 g/L).
