菌株CG2对三七总皂苷的微生物转化及其转化机理

摘  要:
人参皂苷是人参属植物的主要组成成分,具有药理和生物活性.实验发现从土壤中筛选到的菌株CG2具有很高的β-葡萄糖苷酶活性,可以有效地将三七总皂苷转化为次级代谢物,并提出了生物转化途径.经形态学和16S rDNA基因序列分析,属于巨型芽孢杆菌属.

摘  要:
Ginsenosides which have the pharmacology effects and biological activities have been regarded as the principal components of ginseng genus.Found CG2 isolated from soil,which have a higher β-glucosidase activity can convert ginsenoside notoginsenosides efficiently to less polar metabolites.Also the biotransformation pathway was proposed.As Blast results of 16S rDNA gene sequence of the strain CG2 established,the strain CG2 belongs to a giant Bacillus megaterium.
