贵州省桐梓县方竹笋开发利用的调查研究

摘  要：
通过对桐梓县方竹种植、方竹笋生产、加工的调查研究,发现桐梓县存在对方竹笋开发利用规模小,技术水平低,资金投入不足,管理体系不完善,产区协作能力差等问题。依据研究结果提出:要对拓展方竹笋产品宣传,努力提高知名度;加大科技投入,建立龙头企业;加强创新管理与投资机制,增强经营活力等措施与建议。

摘  要：
This paper is to the investigate and study the planting,production and processing of the Chimono-bambusa utilis in Tongzi County. We find that the Tongzi County is the most important Chimonobambusautilis distribution area in China. Because the restriction factors of geographically remote,poverty and back-wardness,there are many questions that the development and utilization of Chimonobambusa utilis smallscale,the low level of technology,the insufficient capital investment and the management system not per-fect. Based on the research results,suggestions are put forward:to promote advertise of Chimonobambusa uti-lis products,and strive to improve visibility;to increase the input in science and technology,and to setup leading enterprises;to strengthen the management innovation and investment mechanism,and to en-hance business activity,etc..
