广西红碎茶与肯尼亚红碎茶品质成分比较研究

摘  要:
用HPLC分析比较了广西红碎茶与肯尼亚红碎茶的化学成分,研究了红碎茶化学成分与品质的关系。结果表明茶黄素类含量与红碎茶品质呈正相关。分子量较小的茶黄素类成分与品质关系更密切,表现为TF>TF3G>TF3,3'DG。EGC和EC含量与TF和TF3G呈显著正相关。建议在优质红碎茶品种选育中,应选择EGC和EC含量较高的单株。

摘  要:
An HPLC method was used to study chemical composition of Guangxi and Kenyanbroken black teas and their relationship with tea quality. The results showed that theaflavins arepositively correlated with black tea quality. The smaller the TFS molecular weight,the more sig-nificant the relationships i. e. TF>TF3G>TF3, 3'DG. EGC and EC are significantly correlatedwith contents of TF and TF3G. It is recommended that tea plant Whose leaf contains high contentof EGC and EC be selected during Screening tea clones for high quality black tea production.
