摘  要:
介绍了二甲醚 (DME)的理化特性和燃料特性 ,分析了 DME作为压燃式发动机代用燃料的优点与存在的问题。性能试验结果表明 ,DME发动机炭烟排放非常低。对于自然吸气 DME发动机 ,在中小负荷工况下 ,CO排放与柴油机相近 ,THC排放比柴油机低 ;但在大负荷工况时 ,由于混合气形成条件苛刻 ,燃烧不完全 ,易造成 CO和 THC排放较高。采用增压技术有利于降低排放和改善燃料经济性

摘  要:
In this paper, the characteristics of physics, chemistry and fuel of dimethyl ether (DME) were given. The advantages and disadvantages of DME as an alternative fuel for compression ignition engine were expounded. The resource, refining technology, and research situation in the world were introduced. A series of experiments were carried out on a single cylinder diesel engine by two intake ways of natural aspiration and supercharge. The experimental results showed that for the natural aspiration DME engine, smoke emission was very low. At low and middle load conditions, CO emission was almost the same as that from a diesel engine and THC emission was lower than diesel engine. However, CO and THC were obviously increased at high load condition because of poor mixture formation and combustion process. When supercharge was adopted, the exhaust emission and fuel consumption of DME engine were considerably improved.
