微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定土壤和沉积物中多种重金属元素

摘  要:
建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定土壤和沉积物中多种重金属元素的方法,并进行方法验证。该方法对待测元素的线性关系良好,相关系数均在0.999以上,对标准物质的测定结果均在标称值范围内,6个平行测定相对标准偏差均在5%以下,结果准确,精密度良好,适用于土壤和沉积物中砷、钡、钴、铬、铜、钼、镍、铅、钒、锌元素的测定。

摘  要:
A method for the determination of heavy metals in soil and sediment by microwave digestion and ICP-AES is established. The linear relationship of the elements to be measured by this method is good, the correlation coefficients are more than 0.999, the determination results are within the nominal value range, and the relative standard deviations of the reference materials are less than 5%, the results are accurate and the precision is good. The method is suitable for the determination of heavy metals such as arsenic, barium, cobalt,chromium, copper, molybdenum, nickel, lead, vanadium and zinc in soil and sediment.
