动物双歧杆菌AD011细胞壁蛋白的预测和功能分析

摘  要:
[目的]运用生物信息学方法预测动物双歧杆菌AD011锚定于细胞壁的蛋白并进行功能分析,为后续研究该菌与宿主相互作用的分子机制提供基础资料。[方法]用Phobius和SignalP 4.0软件对动物双歧杆菌AD011全基因组编码蛋白中细胞壁蛋白进行预测,同时采用COG(Cluster of Orthologous Groups of proteins)功能数据库对预测的细胞壁蛋白进行功能注释和聚类分析。[结果]动物双歧杆菌AD011基因组1 518个编码蛋白中,11个蛋白含有细胞壁的锚定基序,6个蛋白含有LP×TG基序,1个蛋白含有Lys M基序,1个蛋白含有PG结合区域,2个蛋白含有SLH结构域,1个蛋白含有NLPC_P60结构域。细胞壁蛋白功能分析结果显示,11个细胞壁蛋白中,9个蛋白没有功能注释,2个蛋白(NLP/P60 protein和1,4-beta-N-acetylmuramidase)参与细胞壁和细胞膜的生物合成。[结论]动物双歧杆菌AD011大多数细胞壁蛋白功能未知,还需在以后的研究中进行进一步的功能注释。

摘  要:
[Objective]The genome sequences of Bifidobacterium animalis AD011 were used to predict to cell wall proteins and functional analysis,which will provide the basis for molecular mechanisms of interaction between bacteria with their host.[Method]Phobius and Signal P 4.0 softwares were used to analyze the cell wall proteins.Function of cell wall proteins was also analyzed by COG database(Cluster of Orthologous Groups of proteins).[Result]There were 11 cell wall proteins which possessed cell wall motif from 1 518 proteins coded by B.animalis AD011 genome.Function analysis revealed that the strain contains 11 cell wall proteins,in which 9 proteins have not function annonation.Two proteins were mainly involved in cell wall/membrane biosynthesis(2 proteins:NLP/P60 protein and 1,4-beta-N-acetylmuramidase).[Conclusion]Function of most cell wall proteins were unknown,which need to be researched and annotated in the future research.
