羟基喜树碱纳米微米制剂研究进展

摘  要:
羟基喜树碱是从喜树中提取得到的微量生物碱,是天然的抗癌药物。纳米和微米尺度的新型制剂是近年来的研究热点。这些制剂可增加羟基喜树碱的稳定性,提高其对肿瘤组织的靶向性和缓释性能,减少给药剂量,提高生物利用度,降低毒副作用。综述了羟基喜树碱纳米、微米制剂的最新究进展。

摘  要:
10-hydroxycamptothecin,an anticancer drug,is a minor alkaloids extracted from Camptotheca acuminata.Nano and micro formulations are research hotspots in recent years.These formulations may increase the stability,targeting and controlled release,decrease dosage,enhance bioavailability and reduce side effects.In the present review,recent research advances in the nano and micro formulations of 10-hydroxycamptothecin were summarized.
