摘 要：
红松广泛的分布于中国北方的树种,属于裸子植物门,其树皮中的多酚是具有抗氧化活性的重要物质,具有光辉的开发前景。采用了AB-8富集多酚,并对洗脱物做了DPPH,ABTS,结果,红松多酚提取物具有清除羟基自由基,ABTS,DPPH,作用,抑制诱发的肝脏匀浆过氧化作用。结论,红松多酚可以作为一种天然抗氧化剂。

摘 要：
Pinus koraiensis whichs belongs to Gymnospermae is widely distributed in the Northeast of China.Among plenty of bioactive ingredients,polyphenols are important antioxidant in the bark of Pinus koraiensis,and have promising development potential.In this paper,The total contents of phenolic,and anthocyanin of bark of Pinus koraiensis were evaluated respectively.we use Macroporous resin AB-8 to enrich polyphenols,The antioxidant activities of Adsorption elution of Macroporous resin AB-8 were assayed through some methods DPPH radicals,ABTS radicals,Results,The polyphenol extract of Pinus koraiensis can scavenge hydroxyl radical,DPPH radical,superoxide anion,ABTS radical and hydrogen peroxide;inhibit induced lipid peroxidation in mouse liver homogenate;decrease Mortality of white cell under the condition that blood was radiate by X-ray.Conclusion,The polyphenol extract of Pinus koraiensis could be consider as a natural antioxidant candidate.
