摘  要：
黔画乌鸡是在贵州高原特定的自然环境中,通过苗族群众独特的养殖习俗和管理方式下,孕育产生的优良地方乌骨鸡。黔画乌鸡具有体型大、产肉多、肉质鲜嫩、味美可口、屠宰率高等优势,其以肉质鲜美、耐粗饲、耐寒、抗病力及适应性强等特点而著称,产区位于贵州省中部偏西北,毕节市东部,乌江中游鸭池河北岸。黔画乌鸡成年公鸡平均体重2.6 kg,单片直立冠,冠齿6～8个,冠、髯、耳叶均呈乌黑色,肉髯下垂较大,喙短而稍弯,为黑色,颈羽、背羽、鞍羽为金红、金黄色并有黑斑点。成年母鸡体重1.9 kg,单片直立冠,冠齿6～8个,髯薄小而呈黑色,喙短而稍弯,为黑色。通过对贵州省黔西地区黔画乌鸡品种的进一步调查,基本摸清和掌握黔画乌鸡形成条件、体型外貌、饲养管理、疾病防控及生产性能,从而有效保护和合理开发利用黔画乌鸡,巩固和提高其原有优良性状与特性,为实现规模化生产提供依据。

摘  要：
Qian painting black-bone chicken is a fine local chicken born under the specific natural environment of the Guizhou plateau through the unique breeding habits and management methods of the Miao people.Qian painting black-bone silky has the advantages of large size,meat production,tender meat,delicious taste and high slaughter rate. It is famous for its characteristics such as delicious meat quality,resistance to roughage,cold resistance, disease resistance and strong adaptability.The production area is located in Guizhou. The province is located in the north-western part of the province, in the eastern part of Bijie city, on the north bank of the Yachi river in the middle reaches of Wujiang river. The average weight of adult male rooster is 2.6 kg, single upright crown, 6-8 crowns,black and black crowns, gills and ear lobes,large drooping meatus,short and slightly curved black, neck feathers. The back feathers and saddle feathers are golden red, golden yellow and have black spots. Adult hens weigh 1.9 kg, single erected crowns, crowns 6-8, small, dark, black, short and slightly curved,black. Through the further investigation of the pheasant and pheasant breeds in the Longxi region of Guizhou province. The basic appearance,distribution,growth and development,production performance,feeding and management, and disease prevention and control of the pheasants and pheasants were basically understood and understood, so as to effectively protect and rationally exploit and use the quail paintings. Wuji,consolidating and improving its original excellent traits and characteristics, provide the basis for realizing scale production.
