不同饲养方式对西藏绒山羊机体免疫及胃肠道组织发育的影响

摘  要:
为阐明在极端寒冷缺氧的西藏羌塘高原,放牧和舍饲2种不同饲养方式对半同胞西藏绒山羊血清生化及免疫指标和胃肠道组织发育的影响,将同期出生的50只羔羊平均分配到完全放牧和舍饲条件下饲养1年,随机挑选10只绒山羊(n=5),采集血液、瘤胃和小肠样品评估相关指标变化。结果显示:山羊血清中尿素氮、高密度胆固醇、低密度胆固醇、白蛋白、总胆固醇和葡萄糖的含量在舍饲组中显著高于放牧组(P<0.05),高密度胆固醇舍饲组极显著高于放牧组(P=0.006);舍饲组中磷含量和镁含量显著高于放牧组(P<0.05);2种饲养条件免疫指标差异不显著(P>0.05);舍饲组瘤胃背囊乳头高度显著高于放牧组(P=0.018),舍饲组瘤胃背囊乳头宽度极显著低于放牧组(P<0.001);小肠绒毛宽度、隐窝深度和肌层厚度受饲养环境影响较大。提示:冬季牧草干枯时期补饲精饲料可有效提高养殖效率,保证放牧条件下西藏绒山羊的机体健康。

摘  要:
To elucidate the effects of different feeding systems(grazing and drylot) on the biochemical and immunological indexes in serum and the gastrointestinal tissue development of the Tibetan cashmere goats in the extremely cold and hypoxic Tibetan Qiangtang Plateau, fifty kids were used and evenly divided into two groups, and were raised for one year under two different conditions(grazing and drylot). Then, ten goats(five from each group) were randomly selected, and the samples from their blood, rumen and small intestine were collected to assess the changes in these indicators between the two examined groups. The results showed that the contents of BUN, HDL-C, LDL-C, ALB, TC and GLU in the goat serum were significantly higher in the drylot group than those in the grazing group(P<0.05). The HDL-C of the drylot group was significantly higher than that of the grazing group(P=0.006). The P and Mg contents were significantly higher the drylot group than in the grazing group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the blood immune indexes of both the grazing and drylot groups. In addition, the height of the rumen papilla was significantly higher in the drylot group than in the grazing group(P=0.018), and the width of the rumen papilla was significantly lower in the drylot group than in the grazing group(P<0.001). The intestinal villus width, crypt depth and muscle thickness of all the goats were much affected by the feeding environment. Therefore, in order to effectively improve the breeding efficiency and to ensure the health of Tibetan goats under grazing conditions, it is necessary to supplement the concentrate in their diet in the dry period in winter.
