饲粮不同蛋氨酸和赖氨酸水平对五龙鹅育成期生产性能及血浆尿酸和游离氨基酸浓度的影响

摘  要:
本试验选用42日龄健康五龙鹅,研究了饲粮中不同蛋氨酸和赖氨酸水平对其育成期生产性能及血浆尿酸和游离氨基酸浓度的影响。试验采用3×3二因子有重复设计,饲粮中蛋氨酸水平为0.33%、0.43%和0.53%,赖氨酸水平为0.7%、0.8%和0.9%。结果表明:①不同蛋氨酸水平对体增重和料重比影响显著(P<0.05),以0.33%水平时的体增重最大,料重比最低;不同赖氨酸水平对体增重和料重比影响不显著(P>0.05),但以0.7%水平体增重较高,料重比较低;不同蛋氨酸和赖氨酸水平对饲料消耗影响均不显著(P>0.05)。蛋氨酸与赖氨酸之间的交互作用对体增重和料重比影响显著(P<0.05)。②不同蛋氨酸水平对血浆尿酸含量影响显著(P<0.05),蛋氨酸水平为0.53%时血浆尿酸含量最高,为0.33%时含量最低;不同蛋氨酸水平对血浆蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、总必需氨基酸和总非必需氨基酸含量的影响均不显著(P>0.05),但对总游离氨基酸含量的影响显著(P<0.05)。不同赖氨酸水平对血浆尿酸含量影响不显著(P>0.05),但当赖氨酸水平为0.7%时血浆尿酸含量最低;不同赖氨酸水平对血浆蛋氨酸、赖氨酸和总必需氨基酸含量的影响均不显著(P>0.05),但对总非必需氨基酸和总游离氨基酸含量的影响显著(P<0.05)。蛋氨酸与赖氨酸间的交互作用对血浆尿酸含量影响极显著(P<0.01),对总游离氨?

摘  要:
An experiment involved 9 dietary treatments with 3 repeats,3×3 factorial arrangement,consisting of 3 levels of methionine(0.33%,0.43%,0.53%) and 3 levels of lysine(0.7%,0.8%,0.9%),was conducted to study the effects of different dietary methionine and lysine levels on the production and contents of plasma uric acid and free amino acids in Wulong geese.The results were as follows:①The influences of different dietary levels of methionine on the body weight gains(BWG) and feed/gain(F/G) were significant(P<0.05),the BWG was maximal and F/G was minimum when the dietary level of methionine was 0.33%.The influences of different dietary levels of lysine on the BWG and F/G were not significant(P>0.05),but the BWG was higher and F/G was lower when the dietary level of lysine was 0.7%.The influences of various dietary levels of methionine and lysine on feed consumption were all not significant(P>0.05).The interaction of me hionine and lysine levels influenced the BWG and F/G significantly(P<0.05).②The influences of different dietary dietary levels of methionine on the plasma uric acid(UA) contents were significant (P<0.05).The UA content was higher when the dietary methionine level was 0.53%,and the lower when the levels was 0.33%.The various dietary levels of methionine could not influence the plasma methionine,lysine,total essential amino acids(TEAA),and total non-essential amino acids(TNEAA) contents(P>0.05),but influenced the total free amino acids(TFAA) significantly(P<0.05).The influences of different dietary levels of lysine on the plasma UA contents were not signifcant(P>0.05),but the UA content was lower when the dietary lysine level was 0.7%.The various dietary levels of lysine could not influence the plasma methionine,lysine,and TEAA contents(P>0.05),but influenced the TNEAA and TFAA significantly(P<0.05).The interaction of methionine and lysine levels influenced the plasma UA and TFAA contents significantly,but the plasma methionine,lysine,TEAA and TNEAA contents were not significantly.
