椭圆齿轮参数化设计及加工仿真

摘  要:
为了改善椭圆齿轮设计复杂以及加工困难的问题,研究椭圆齿轮齿廓形成原理,利用CAD/CAM技术,对椭圆齿轮进行参数化系统设计和加工仿真。在VB 6.0环境下开发了椭圆齿轮仿真加工与齿廓生成系统,该系统主要包括参数输入、仿真加工以及后续操作三部分,实现了椭圆齿轮齿廓计算机辅助设计,从而提高了椭圆齿轮传动设计的效率和精度,并采用加工仿真软件Mastercam对设计出的椭圆齿轮进行加工仿真分析,对其刀具轨迹进行了分析研究。

摘  要:
In order to improve the design complexity of the elliptical gears and the difficulty of processing, the elliptical gear tooth profile forming principle is studied, parametric system design and processing simulation to the elliptical gear are carried out using CAD/CAM technology. Oval gear simulation processing and tooth profile generation system is developed in the VB 6.0 environment. This system mainly includes parameter input, simulation machining and subsequent operation. The elliptical gear tooth profile computer-aided design is implemented, so the efficiency and precision of the elliptical gear drive design are improved.And the machining simulation software Mastercam is used to implement machining simulation analysis to the designed elliptical gear, and the tool path is analyzed and studied.
