浙江沿海7种织纹螺形态聚类分析研究

摘  要:
以7种Nassarius属织纹螺作为分类单元,以形态特征为主列出15项分类性状特征来探讨Nassarius属织纹螺不同亚属和种间的亲缘关系。运用SPSS11.5统计软件中的可靠性分析和系统聚类分析,对7种织纹螺进行了数值分类分析。分类结果与传统形态分类结果基本一致,因而认为数值分类能比较客观地反映Nassarius属织纹螺各分类阶元的分类地位与亲缘关系。同时,结果还表明Reticunassa亚属的种和Varicinassa亚属的种亲缘关系相对比Zeuxis亚属的种近;支持将拟半褶织纹螺作为一独立种的观点。

摘  要:
Based on reliability analysis (RA) and hierarchical clustering analysis,the numerical taxonomy on 7 species of Nassarius was carried out based on 15 morphological characters. The results of clustering analysis based on squared euclidean distance showed that the clustering analysis could appropriately reveal the relationships between species and subgenus of Nassarius. The relationship between specieses of subgenus Reticunassa and Varicinassa was closer than that between subgenus Reticunassa and Zeuxis. The validity of Nassarius (Zeuxis) semiplicatoides(Zhang & You,2007)as a species is also supported.
